TrackFlo Helps Collect PODs Faster Without the Headache
With our AI-automated outreaches across SMS and Email, TrackFlo hits the ground running, collecting around 30-50% of your PODs. We simply SMS drivers upon arrival at the destination to send an image, which we then upload to TrackFlo, email to your accounting team, and put it in your TMS (optional).
For those PODs that inevitably fall through the cracks, we provide a robust POD Workflow, which gives a clear picture of what loads have and don't have PODs. Trackers can easily SMS drivers and email carriers to get them manually, then upload the PODs in TrackFlo to send to all your systems and email them to your accounting team.
Automated SMS POD Requests to Drivers
It's up to you when and how you want to SMS the drivers, but you can easily create a rule such that all drivers get an SMS upon delivery to send a picture of the POD to your custom phone number. We take it from there.
Automated Email POD Requests to Carriers
Again, it's up to you what level of automation you would like, but many customers setup a fallback such that if no POD has been received by the driver after 3 hours, an email is sent to the carrier to request the POD. They simply reply with the POD and it follows the same process.
POD Workflow
Included in TrackFlo is a POD workflow that allows you to easily manage the POD status of all your loads. That means you can have a team member here hunting down missing PODS. It's simple, fast, and easy to use for POD management.
POD Human Verification
Some customers want all PODs verified by a human before they're sent to accounting teams or uploaded to the TMS. We offer this functionality out of box, allowing PODs to be recieved, and users to have a simple workflow for approving documents.
POD Risk Scanning (Coming Soon)
As part of your subscription with TrackFlo, we'll automatically scan your PODs for documents you absolutely don't want sent to customers (like carrier invoices).
