Over the past 3 years, TrackFlo has continued to iterate and improve our tracking board. Having a standard tracking board with standard exceptions is a major unlock for any tracking team, which means everyone is on the same page and speaks the same language.
Our tracking board is optimized for clarity (what to do next), context (only the necessary information), and fast action (the fastest data entry experience possible). What is a sleep-inducing subject to many is our bread and butter.

We have a catalogue of 30+ excpetions that you can choose for your organization. This includes things like missing tracking info, pre-pickup check call, late to delivery, temp check, and ETA is after delivery (and many others). During implementation you choose your exceptions and prioritizations. You can change them at any time.

Since trackers are in this tool every day, we've optimized data entry to either be compount data entry (multiple updates at once), and to be available to enter from the board. This gives our users speed so they can handle a high volume of updates very quickly.
