This includes things like missing tracking info, pre-pickup check call, late to delivery, temp check, and ETA is after delivery (and many others). During implementation you choose your exceptions and prioritizations. You can change them at any time.
During implementation, you get to choose what format you want for your load board. It can either be custom or one of our several prebuilt formats that you can change at any time. These boards include the relevant data points you need to search, prioritize, and take action. It makes tracking like shooting fish in a barrel.
Each exception you choose comes with a detailed explanation of what the exception is, how it's triggered, and what actions to take. If you're a new tracking rep, this gives you the clarity and confidence you need to track well.
Since trackers are in this tool every day, we've optimized data entry to either be compound data entry (multiple updates at once), and to be available to enter from the board. This gives our users speed so they can handle a high volume of updates very quickly.
We include a robust detention workflow alongside all our other workflows. This gives each load a detention-eligible timer, along with alerting as to when a load is reaching detention. Use this to request detention early and make accessorials work better for you.
