TrackFlo + Your Stack
Keep your stack.
Catch what falls through it.
Your TMS holds the load. Your tracking provider pings the truck. Your AI agent makes the routine calls. Each does one part well, and none of them owns the load that just went quiet. TrackFlo is the safety net under all three: the one board your tracking team works, with every answer written back to your TMS.
Four tools, four jobs
Bring your own TMS, your own tracking provider and your own AI automation. TrackFlo doesn't replace any of them. It takes in what each one reports and owns the part none of them do: the exceptions.
Your TMS
The system of record
Loads, stops, customers, rates and billing. Sales, accounting and your customers all read from it, so it stays the source of truth.
For example: McLeod · Turvo · Mastery · Revenova · Tai · Quantum Edge
Lands on your teamWho owns each exception on this shift, and how well it was handled.
Your tracking provider
Pings and ETAs
App, ELD and carrier tracking that reports where the truck is without anyone picking up a phone. When a load is on tracking, that is the best data you have.
For example: MacroPoint · Trucker Tools · project44 · FourKites
Lands on your teamThe load that never got on tracking, and the one that pinged “arrived” four hours ago.
Your AI automation
Routine touches at scale
AI agents that handle the routine calls, texts and emails with carriers and drivers, so your people don't have to.
For example: HappyRobot · Augment
Lands on your teamThe load that still needs a person after the agent is done with it.
TrackFlo
Your tracking team's board
- Bubbles upExceptions from every tool, on one board, ranked by what matters to your business.
- AssignsEach load to the tracker on shift, so every exception has an owner.
- WorksSMS, email and AI voice, aimed only at the loads that aren't tracking.
- MeasuresEvery tracker, customer and carrier, scored from what actually happened.
Every location, ETA, stop time and POD is written back to your TMS.
What you keep, add and retire
- Keep
The tools you already pay for
- Your TMS, as the system of record
- Your tracking provider, for every load that tracks
- Your AI agent, for the routine touches it already handles
TrackFlo takes in whatever they report. We are agnostic about who you use for tracking.
- Add
What happens after automation
- One board for the exceptions from all three
- Every load assigned to the tracker on shift
- Outreach on the loads that aren't tracking
- PODs requested, read and filed to your TMS
- Tracker, customer and carrier scorecards
- An audit of every automated update
Every location, ETA, stop time and POD is written back to your TMS.
- Retire
The tabs in between
- The inbox, portal and spreadsheet a late load gets worked across
- The second call to a driver who already answered
- Guessing who on the team was supposed to have that load
Where TrackFlo's own automation overlaps a tool you run, we'll say so on the call.
Where we overlap
Automation is the overlap. TrackFlo makes check calls over SMS, email and AI voice too, so if an AI agent already covers your routine touches, you may not need ours for those loads.
But automation is not exception management. Every agent and every tracking provider leaves some loads behind, and those are the ones that cost you a customer. TrackFlo only does track and trace, and most of it is what happens after automation: who owns the load, what was done, and whether it was done well.
Already running alongside
Alongside an AI agent
At one brokerage, an AI agent writes status notes into Turvo all day. TrackFlo reads them in as load updates, next to Trucker Tools ETAs, and the board still flags whatever is late, stale or missing.
Alongside visibility providers
Brokerages running MacroPoint, project44 and Samsara see those pings land on the load in TrackFlo through their TMS. When one goes quiet, that load surfaces as an exception for the tracker who owns it.
